Armour Reference
Below are all available classes of armour, and their various requirements. Regardless of the type of armour in-lore, it must mechanically fit to one of these classes.
Some armour templates have specific stat requirements listed as Stat: Skill. The sum of points in that skill and its related stat must equal of surpass the number - for example, to meet DEX: Acrobatics +2, your Dexterity + Acrobatics must be 2 or higher.
Light Armour
Includes padded cloth, leather, etc. Reduces damage taken by 1d2-1 (0-1). Use /roll block light to roll for damage absorbed. Heavy Armour
Includes full plate, ring mail, etc. Reduces damage taken by 1d3 (1-3). -1 to all movement (including normal movement and dashing). -2 to all evasion rolls. -3 to any stealth rolls when moving. Cannot use longbow or recurve bow. Use /roll block heavy to roll for damage absorbed. |
Medium Armour
Includes breastplate, half-plate, etc. Reduces damage taken by 1d3-1 (0-2). -1 to all evasion rolls. Use /roll block medium to roll for damage absorbed. |
Shields
Shields block all incoming damage if the user has used the Block action on their last turn. On a successful roll, all incoming damage is blocked. Blocking against a ranged attack increases the shield roll by +1 (add +1 to the end of the roll command).
Small Shield
Blocks damage on a successful 2d10-3 (DC 12). Use /roll block smallshield to roll for shield block. |
Large Shield
Blocks damage on a successful 2d10-2 (DC 12). Use /roll block largeshield to roll for shield block. |
