From the Northern Realms:
- Gingerbread Knights | Gingerbread cookies in the shape of Jousting Knights, glazed with various colours to bear their own coat of arms and armour.
- Festive Donuts | Puffy full donuts filled with fruit jams with icing sugar sprinkled upon it.
- Coated Appels | Baked apples coated with caramel.
- Glögg | Mulled wine made with prime northern wine, spiced with cinnamon and fruit zest.
From the Far-West:
- Mooncake | Small round cakes with rich paste fillings from Southern Ko'ram.
- Tanghulu | Various fruits and seeds coated in a malt sugar coating upon a bamboo stick.
- Mochi | Pounded rice cakes in various flavours and colours from western Ko'ram.
- Castella | A moist brioche-style flavoured sponge cake.
From the Eastern Midlands:
- Gelato | A creamy smooth cold cream with intense flavours from Sudvalkia.
- s'Lödener | Various, barely hand-sized cakes of many kind, most often with chocolate shaving toppings.
- Chocolatine | A chocolate filled buttery croissant from Valkia.
- Pretzels | Traditional baked pastry from Valkia, often with salt or cheese toppings.
