The Honourless Campaign Kicks off Today!
... and it starts with our large pre-campaign content update! As this, our first main sever campaign takes place over the next two-ish months, players will have a chance to interact with a number of unsavoury individuals all vying for power within the Reach's untamed wilderness, and learn more about whispers of this place called the Garden of the Aedall ...
Content Update
A number of things have been added and tweaked as part of this content update, from feats to beasts. A brief summary of the changes is listed here.
Feats & Hindrances

- Mutation feats have been added with six feats to start. More may come in future; we will see how these play out in-game.
- Several martial feats have been added and tweaked, including Volley, Strategic Archer, and Harder Punch.
- A new lineage weapon feat has been added: Questing Bane.
- A new hindrance has been added: Barren.
- All existing hindrances have been rebalanced, generally making them a bit weaker (-3 was a bit too much for most).
- Fixed Tinkerer having the wrong description.
Arcane
- Mage I has had their daily anima cap increased from 6 to 8.
Crafting

- The crafting expansion is here! Several new materials and crafts have been added, especially tools.
- Not all items rely on STR: Forging anymore! Some items require Nature, others Acrobatics - and a handful require Thievery.
- Consumables have been added, with more on the way. With this, lockpicking now requires lockpicks which break on a failed attempt.
- Quality is no longer based solely on the skill from -3 to +3. Now it is based on the Skill + Stat to match other skill checks; the quality now ranges from -6 to +6 as noted in the Crafting Guide.
- Highest quality items are now Extraordinary, not Legendary.
Lore

- The bestiary has expanded to include Necrophages, open to player DMs.
- The Curse of Eternal Blood has been added (vampires)! In-character this will be rolled out alongside this campaign. More information on how to sign up will be coming soon.
- The Equinox/Phoenix fabled feats and Spirit of the Fire Dragon fabled feats have been modified.
- A new crafting-related fable, the Root-Iron Forge, will be released in the coming days.
- Details about the Circle of Four, governing the Spire, has been released.
- A DM's Guide to the Bestiary has been added, with information on how to mechanically implement the beasts found in the Compendium.
Titles
For all titles, view the titles guide.
- Approx. 50+ new titles have been added for contributors to the server and will be added to their account shortly after server updates go live.
- A custom title has been added for @Cymic, who won the tavern-naming competition.
- Custom titles for mages under each patron are being finalized and will be added shortly.
- Custom titles have been developed for this campaign and will be given out as it progresses to those who attend events.
Misc / Mechanics Changes

- XP weekly cap is now per character rather than per account.
- Half-races have been added to the character plugin.
- Information about consumables and a carry amount has been added (4) to the Mechanics page.
- Information on healing has been added to the Mechanics page.
- [i] now works to display items in OOC channels in-game.
- Mixed success is now 10-12, rather than simply 12 for skill checks.
