Word is, a paper mill opened up within the Spire!

The San Serive Paper Mill!
Ran by the di Tudisco family,
who only moved a mere month ago to the Spire
from Sudvalkia in the hopes of a better life...

Paper notices would be posted around the boards and public spaces,
advertising the new establishment!

10 sheets for a single crown!

what does this mean for the parchment industry...?

The Siren's Song is... open? Or at least the door is, with flour-coated footprints tracking into the building. Strange.

[!]

The Ram Child can finally be seen exiting The Roots. She doesn't stay outside for long and always has a certain spellbook with her; however, her smile has dimmed since the Sundering.

[!] Some local businesses report that when people went to pour sugar into their coffee or tea they were given salt! Apparently someone had messed with table settings throughout the spire. [!]

Whispers spread through the streets of unrest about the arcane world. Former-councilor Rottjarnsmidar seems to be quite vocal about the matter.

(If interested in joining a group of arcane watchdogs, then reach out to NOS402 of discord!)

Just a couple fellas in the mountains, helping each other climbmax

Word spreads quickly.
Cillian Lockwood, head of the Lockwood Mercer Guild, is dead.
The curious part is that the body disappeared from the morgue shortly afterwards.

Now with no one to finance them, a swath of recent bounties is legally pronounced void.

Under the veil of night, the Bloodtide raises it's anchor and slips out of the harbor.

It shall not return soon.

If it returns at all.

Following the return of a scouting party into the Ouroboros, they returned with a variety of wounds- acid burns being a standout.

Rumors begin to spread as some recounted the story:

A would be lich poisoning the river, disturbed Dryads fueled by rage, countless dead mutants drained of their blood and stored in bottles, and the cabin housing these horrors burned to the ground in a fiery explosion.

A duel between one Bracchus Moontusk and Enzo, the Ace.
It was brutal and bloody; and with Enzo certain to lose... their fate was sealed.
But things took a turn.Β

From here, the story gets muddied.Β

"Van Pelt broke it up."
No, noβ€”that thing was not Van Pelt. It was something else entirely."

"Noβ€”Bracchus wonΒ the duel. Enzo had failed, and fled before he could be forced to abide the agreed terms."
"No. No, that's not it... Bracchus spared him. And Enzo attacked after his defeat."

But amongst the whispers, there were a few certainties:
Enzo and Eryx... had vanished during the mayhem. Perhaps to lick their wounds, and hide from Bracchus and the duel's agreement.
Or perhaps they had crawled away and died, left to rot among the dirt and maggots.
A Walljack's fate.Β

Regardless of the outcome...
Bracchus and Enzo were at odds; the morality of the two driving a dagger through the unlikely brother's hearts...

And the future of the gang ... remained to be seen.
