(Optional) Introduce yourself if you’d like, as well as any creations you want to share (e.g. art, builds, skins): My name is AnubisWizard223, or also just Newbis. Its a pleasure to meet you but even greater to meet me. My gamer tag takes inspiration from the Egyptian god of death Anubis, and I have been roleplaying on fantasy worlds in Minecraft for about four or five years now. A lot of the characters I had that progressed my experience and made me a better roleplayer have died in one way or another, I look forward to remodeling some of them and checking out Avalore for myself. There are no personal creations of art that I have, but a friend of mine (Mythrii) who is an amazing artist has made many of my character's pieces. Out of respect for my art plug ill wait to post them until I am sorted in the discord! <3

Read the following prompt:
The rhythmic lull of hoofbeats are a marching drum to the small group of pioneers and variety of folk you have found yourself amongst, packed into a wobbling wagon. The rolling plains of the Southern Reach and a clear sky stretch out all around you, the buzz of excited chatter a dull wash in your ears as your mind strays to your former life and what has led you here to new lands.
“Nervous?”
You blink, returning to the present moment. A kindly older woman sat near you is smiling warmly with a crinkle to her eyes.
“I can tell it’s your first time. Still remember mine,” she flashes a grin and leans in.
“Tell me my dear, why have you come to the Reach?”

Icarus broke his gaze away from her, the indented and scratched armor shuffling as he looked away initially-.. Soon filling the momentary silence with his soft words "There is a pilgrimage I must undergo.. Out of all the things that I have learned thus far, pale in comparison to what I am about to experience." he told the lady. His green eyes reflecting just enough light to appear brighter once he looked back to her "Its interesting you even ask that." he commented, the older lady taking notice to the fact this young man spoke with his hands just as much as he did vocally "I'm glad, that I do not give off the appearance of a thug.. I am glad that my armor doesn't scare you, because I wouldn't get far making allies and friends within the Spire otherwise.." Icarus's relaxed gaze fixated upon the old lady, showing an appreciative expression as she listened. "My home is nothing like these surroundings, even though we have been riding together for awhile I am unfamiliar with roads still. I know best how to navigate dense forests and steep hills.. To grow up around Arsa Sidhe is a sheltered lifestyle, and I cannot remain stagnate with my understanding of the world. I want to know about my own kin, and to also challenge myself. I come to the Reach not for adventure, or glory.. I am here to prove to myself that I am worthy of my father's armor, and once I know I am I will repurpose it.. It is a very personal trip I find myself taking." Icarus let out a light huff, not expecting himself to be so open with a stranger.. Yet unable to deny the comfort, and unbiased glare this old lady gave to him.. He gave her a smile, finally breaking his stoic features. "How ever I find self worth, remains to be seen. All I know is that my journey here will provide my life with meaning.. A goal of mine is to also create a new family blade, so this journey is an exciting and productive one." Icarus sat back on the wagon's seat, his head gently tilting with each wobble the wagon had once he rested his back upon the wooden frame..

Brief Physical Description: Icarus stood at 6'2" with a mesomorph frame. Darker in complexion with deep green eyes, and chestnut brown hair. Usually always donning armor that was once owned by his father-.. His early upbringing did not leave much for social interaction, as his own father conditioned Icarus to be a lethal warrior. This man has an unintimidating presence, mostly because Icarus goes out of his way to try and make himself less noticable.
