While supposedly giving her charge over the Reach, she has no real control as of yet. (art credit) HONOURLESS CAMPAIGN HEARING A RESPONSE The 'Finns' made an offer a short while ago: give up one of the four circle seats to them, and in exchange they will provide investment through their connections into the Spire, shoring up the walls, the roads, and the guard force. They said they would return in due time - and that time is coming up. They return to the northern gate, awaiting the reply of the townsfolk.    [ Diplomacy ] Open to all. Upon request and an agreement struck, I agreed I would write to specify the involvement of Meriel Noctis in the murder of a girl named 'Veena' by Edgard Phonquis. I can confirm that Miss Noctis performed no arcane trickery or curse on Mister Phonquis ... nor, might I add, would such a thing easily be done to compel a person to murder. I do hope this suffices your curiosity in this matter. Those who doubt the truth of the record on this issue - I assure you I have far better things than to lie about one of the progeny of 'Facet'. FAERIE'S EVE A tradition of the Falstoners adopted by the inhabitants of the Spire,Faerie's Eve is a chance to share in food, wine and cheer - not to mentionparticipate in the ritual of sending a secret to the heavens via a paper lantern. All are welcome! Faerie's Eve celebrations will be on the beach of the Spire. A few booths are available for merchants - reach out to staff! Celebrations will begin at 6pm EDT / 3pm PDT / 10pm GMT (UK changed daylight before North America) Lantern lighting ceremony will be somewhere around 7-7:30, to allow for people to mingle ahead of time.
