Event desired: Sabotage. The Van Pelt Gang is looking to make a name for themselves; what better way to do that than to take out some of the competition? The group would like to research the two most corrupt or shady bounty hunter guilds around the spire in hopes of taking them down a peg. Once the two groups are identified and their whereabouts are logged, the Van Pelt Gang (VPG) will scheme up a fake bounty to lure them in, post it, and wait a couple days for things to kick in to gear. The group will camp out in the area reported in the bounty intel with bait for the two groups to locate. If needed VPG members will help "guide" members of the bounty hunter guilds to the right spot. Once they both arrive the VPG will ambush them as they fight over the bounty. Our current plan for that would be to stockpile barrels of oil to detonate once the other groups gather in one place so the VPG can blow them all up in one fell swoop (ideally).Number of players: 6-8Special requests: We're looking to earn some infamy on the streets and some reputation on the group's name to help boost them up in the ranking of the area's #1 bounty hunter guild. There needn't be any monetary or item-related rewards here, but access to the equipment of either (deceased) rival bounty hunter guilds would be acceptable too. The main goal, however, is notoriety and attaining fame around the Spire's locals. We want the Van Pelt Gang name to be well-known even in the minds of local NPCs.

Credit: Here Pip's Memorial As Rhutelan and Zephero finished their latest song about their deceased friend, Zephrealized its potential to become a drinking song   just as 'ol Pip would have wanted.Seeking to pay respects in a most entertaining fashion, the bard hung posters allthroughout The Full Cask in search of the Spire's most talented alcoholic. Event Details + RATING: Peaceful + WHO: Anyone is welcome! There is no party size limit to this event,I only ask that once the game begins contestants consolidate theiremotes to focus on the game & spectators keep their commentaryto a minimum or whisper to not clog chat & distract the contestants. + WHAT: A drinking game. + WHERE: The Full Cask. + WHEN: 10/02/24 @ 3PM EST / 12PM PST / [Convert Here] + WHY: To honor Pip, deceased member of the Circle of Four. The Game:"Chug six drinks before the end of the song and keep your Crowns!...Otherwise pay for all six and clean up your own mess! You'll start the game with six mugs in front of you, half-fullof what you'll be drinking. Each verse will end in one of themand you must down the corresponding mug before the chorus ends.1. "There once was a man o' five-foot-three, / The name of the man was P-i-p. / And so he sat, his face in'a grin, / 'Said 'Start me witha' gin.'~" "Pip, Pip, had a heart o' gold, / 'Til a knife wound kept him from get-ting old. / So raise your mugs and take a sip, / Remember good 'ol Pip!~" 2. "He spoke to me, said I could be, / A drink-ing man as good as he. / He downed his gin and raised his thumb / Said 'Follow it up with rum!'~" "Pip, Pip, had a heart o' gold, /'Til a knife wound kept him from get-ting old. /So raise your mugs and take a sip, /Remember good 'ol Pip!~" "Pip, Pip, had a soul o' steel, /Very few could match his drink-ing zeal. /So raise your mugs and take a sip, /Remember good 'ol Pip!~" 3. "Was a member of the Circle Four, /Could out-drink me till I'm on the floor! /'Business, friends? Well, that’s quite fine, /But I’d rather have my wine!'~" "Pip, Pip, had a heart o' gold, / 'Til a knife wound kept him from get-ting old. /  So raise your mugs and take a sip, / Remember good 'ol Pip!~" 4. "He made us laugh, let no-one snore, / Told fire-side tales never heard before! / He was good with cards, and quick to cheer, / We all know Pip loved beer!~" "Pip, Pip, had a heart o' gold, / 'Til a knife wound kept him from get-ting old. /  So raise your mugs and take a sip, / Remember good 'ol Pip!~" "Pip, Pip, had a soul o' steel, / Very few could match his drink-ing zeal. / So raise your mugs and take a sip, / Remember good 'ol Pip!~" 5. "Now in the Cask we don't drink wa-ter, / To forget us how he met slaugh-ter. / We'll honor his name with a mug o' mead, / 'Cause drink-ing is our creed!~" "Pip, Pip, had a heart o' gold, / 'Til a knife wound kept him from get-ting old. / So raise your mugs and take a sip, / Remember good 'ol Pip!~" 6. "So fill your mug right up with ale, / Drink it up till your face gets pale! / Pour another one up, and guzzle it down / There's enough alcohol for us all to drown!~" "Pip, Pip, had a heart o' gold, / 'Til a knife wound kept him from get-ting old. / So raise your mugs and take a sip, / Remember good 'ol Pip!~" Spilling, spewing, or failing to finish before the next versebegins will end in disqualification!" OOC Rules: 1. The host will initiate the game by playing the following [song]. 2. The host will emote verse-by-verse and chorus-by-chorus (don't worry, this will be done separately from the pacing of the actual song and will give contestants plenty of time for emoting). 3. After each verse all contestants will emote downing the drink of that verse, i.e:"There once was a man o' five-foot-three, / The name of the man was P-i-p. / And so he sat, his face in'a grin, / 'Said 'Start me witha' gin.'~"The contestants will emote drinking their gin, then they will each /roll fortitude with DC 10. 4. For contestants that pass: They continue on to the next verse! For contestants that fail: They are disqualified & must "pay" for all six drinks. 5. Each time a contestant passes their fortitude check the next one is made with a -1 penalty that stacks with every drink. For example, by the time they make it to Beer they will /roll fortitude -3 because they successfully drank three drinks in the prior verses. 6. Any contestant that passes all six fortitude checks is considered a winner & has their drinks on the house. The goal of this game is to have fun, and while competition is encouraged there are no real risks or consequences apart from one's pride, coinpurse, and hangover.
