A simply penned poster is tagged upon the Spire notice board aside from the rest where there is any clear space remaining amidst all of the political back-and-forth. In traditional Van Pelt fashion there is also a hired Bard standing nearby to recount what is written to those who are unable or unwilling to read the poster. In the off-time this Bard performs simple Walljack tunes for the pleasure of passerby's in the pleasant, sunny day.
"Tired of witnessing the discord and strife that comes with political rivalry? We feel the same, and so we came together under a unified platform to ensure the members of your next council can be productive and professional rather than provocative and problematic. We do not have the perfect answer to every problem the Spire is or will come to face, but we do offer open-mindedness and honesty with the public as a way to ensure that our council decisions will be made under the best circumstances they can be. We made it a team goal to work together based on our shared interests and to rely on one another's strengths and wisdom when addressing topics we are not individually informed of.

We support core institutions of the town such as: The hospital, the militia, the library, and the guard force. We will prioritize funding, maintaining, and improving those organizations.
We will take care with management of the local economy/infrastructure and how to bolster it, be it through negotiating new trade deals and reducing the bleed from illicit smuggling.
We want to work closely and openly with mages and their patrons to build trust and safety in the arcane arts rather than restricting or policing them through policy, registration, or bureaucracy.
We will extend the same goodwill toward those associated with Fables. There is no interest among our alliance to regulate or bureaucratize anyone's affiliation with a Fable.
We want to strengthen our local independence through friendly connections with trustworthy outsiders that do not wish to rule us from afar.
We will emphasize public safety moving forward in hopes of preventing future mistakes like the retaliation from Idris.
We will pen internal regulations of the Circle of Four (such as tie-breaking and preventing use of personal assets to achieve council goals) and define which powers outside the Circle are responsible for its accountability.
We will work professionally as a team to accomplish the goals above in a manner that is beneficial for every denizen of the Spire.
